Emergency Response Online Management Tool
Our Emergency Response Online Management Tool
For an emergency response and training plan to be effective, our team at East Coast Fire and Safety recognise that there needs to be a simple, yet comprehensive way to oversee, report on and implement the plan in your business or workplace
In response to the need for clear, user friendly emergency response plans, we have developed a new Emergency Response Online Management Tool – an online portal where our clients can log in, plan, track and review their business’ emergency training and plans.
As with everything we do at East Coast Fire & Safety, our new management tool is fully compliant to Australian Standard 3745:2010 Planning for Emergencies in Facilities and Australian Standard 4083:2010 Planning for Emergencies in Health Care.
As an online portal, our management tool can be easily accessed at any time from any device, giving our clients vital information when they need it most.
How Does It Work?
To get started, the details of your business layout or ‘site’ are entered into the system. From there, the online tool will create a comprehensive, customised and relevant emergency response plan that meets Australian Standards.
The management tool allows you to update and track four key components of your company’s emergency response plan;
Our emergency response online management tool is simple to navigate and easy to follow.
Benefits of Taking Your Plans Online
By adding all your emergency training, plans and procedures into one place with our management tool, your nominated manager can easily report to your business leaders on emergency plans and training, make changes to procedures when required and stay on top of some of these important documents in just a few clicks.
Our online management tool also has a functionality to allow you to access and edit a suite of templates for any emergency situation that may occur at your business, from earthquake emergency plans to power failure.

Emergency Plans and Procedures
In the event of an emergency, a well-planned and practised emergency procedure is essential to ensuring all your employees remain calm, carry out any roles that are required of them and most importantly, get to safety.
At East Coast Fire and Safety, we develop tailored emergency procedure plans for businesses of all sizes.
Each customised emergency response plan is designed to be used like a list of instructions for how to respond in the event of an emergency, with vital information regarding the building layout, contact information for fire wardens and details of correct procedures to deal with each incident type.
In the case of a fire, medical or first aid incident, or external threat, such as a bomb threat or civil disorder, your business will be well prepared to deal with and respond in the best way possible.
Compliance to Australian Standards
All our emergency plans are customised to your business layout and needs, but there is one thing we keep the same – each plan is compliant to Australian Standard 3745:2010 Planning for Emergencies in Facilities and Australian Standard 4083:2010 Planning for Emergencies in Health Care.
Our team of Fire Safety Advisors and auditors combine their wealth of expertise with the our new Emergency Response Online Management Tool to create emergency response plans that are compliant, customised and collated into one easy to understand procedure.

Our online management tool allows you to track staff who have enrolled in or have completed East Coast Fire & Safety’s Fire Awareness and Basic Fire Extinguisher Training, or our Fire Warden Training. Six-monthly refresher courses are also available online.
Fire Awareness and Basic Fire Extinguisher Training
This course is a great way for employees to understand the basics of fire and how they can safely put out a fire in the workplace. In the course, staff learn helpful and practical lessons, such as;
- What is fire – the chemical makeup and growth;
- Classification of fires;
- Extinguishment theory;

East Coast Fire & Safety’s Fire Warden Training course covers information in the following areas;
